By accessing or using the Kantos platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information and notify us of any unauthorized use.

You may use the Service only for lawful business purposes. You agree not to reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the platform, and not to upload content that is illegal, infringing, or harmful.

You retain ownership of the data you upload. We process Customer Data per our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. You grant us the rights required to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. Trial accounts convert to paid plans when the trial ends or will be deactivated. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

Kantos owns all intellectual property rights in the Service. You may not copy or distribute platform assets except as permitted by these Terms.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security reasons, or violations of these Terms.

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or create security risks. Upon termination, your right to use the Service stops immediately.

The Service is provided "as-is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kantos disclaims all warranties and limits liability for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
