How your company works lives in a dozen places: a shared drive, old emails, a few heads. New people cannot find it, and the numbers in a report are out of date the day after it is written.
Docs keeps it all inside Kantos. Write a page in a simple editor, upload a file, or ask Claude for an interactive doc that shows your live numbers, only to people allowed to see them. Every doc says who can see it, and your AI agents can use the ones you choose.
Key Capabilities
Everything Docs offers out of the box.
- Written docs
Write headings, lists, tables, checklists and pictures in a simple editor, with colors, highlights and colored boxes. Nothing to learn, and the page looks the same for everyone who reads it.
- Interactive docs that show your live numbers
Ask Claude to build a page such as a sales summary or a stock list. It shows your current numbers, only to people allowed to see them. Live numbers appear only once an admin has written or approved that version.
- Uploaded files
Keep PDFs, Word files, CSV files, notes and pictures next to your written docs, up to 20 MB each.
- Folders inside folders
Sort docs into folders up to five levels deep, and move a doc from one folder to another whenever you like.
- You choose who can see each doc
Everyone, Admins only, or Chosen people. A doc someone may not see does not show up for them anywhere, not in the list, not in search.
- Tell people when you share
When you share a doc you can tell people about it. They get a notification with a link straight to it. It is on by default for Chosen people and off for Everyone.
- Let your AI agents use a doc
An admin can let your AI agents read a doc that everyone may see, so they answer from the same source your team does. Narrowing who can see the doc takes it away from the agents too.
- Counts toward your storage
Every doc counts toward your storage. You see what is used, and nothing is saved if there is no room left.
