Lead Pipeline
Every lead sits in one stage on a board, from New to Sold. A few events move leads forward on their own, and the last stages take people out of your marketing email.
Leads are tracked in several places at once, a status here and a deal stage there, so nobody agrees where a lead stands, and people who already bought or asked to be left alone still get your newsletter.
Each lead has one stage that you name yourself. The board shows every stage as a column, a few events move leads forward without anyone lifting a finger, and the stages that mean the conversation is over keep those people out of your next bulk email.
Key Capabilities
Everything Lead Pipeline offers out of the box.
- One stage for every lead
Stages such as New, Contacted, Shopping, Buying, Reserved and Sold, in the order you choose. Drag a lead from one column to the next on the board.
- A few events move leads forward
A reply, a booked visit or a signed reservation can move a lead to the next stage by itself, so the board stays true without extra clicking.
- New leads that wait too long
Set how many hours a new lead may wait. Leads that wait longer are flagged as overdue so nobody is forgotten.
- Stages that stop marketing email
Moving someone to Sold, Lost or Spam takes them out of the next bulk send, such as your weekly email. Moving them back puts them in again.
- Spam goes on the do-not-email list
Moving a lead to Spam also adds their address to your do-not-email list. Ticking a sign-up box later does not bring it back.
- A reason when a lead is lost
Choose a reason when you mark a lead Lost, so you can see later why deals fall through.
- Off until you switch it on
Nothing changes for your team until an admin turns the stage rules on, and your old status fields keep their values.
