Kantos offers four plans to fit teams of any size. All plans include core CRM features. Higher tiers unlock automations, advanced permissions, and increased limits.

Save 20% with Annual Billing

All paid plans offer a 20% discount when billed annually. Switch between monthly and annual billing at any time from your billing settings.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select your desired plan and billing frequency
  4. Complete checkout through Stripe

Upgrades take effect immediately. Your current billing period is prorated so you only pay the difference.

Downgrading

Downgrades also take effect immediately with prorated credit applied. Before downgrading, check that your current usage fits within the lower plan's limits:

  • Reduce user seats if the new plan has fewer
  • Remove custom objects if exceeding the limit
  • Archive records if approaching the record cap

Feature access

When downgrading, features not available on the new plan (e.g., advanced automations, role-based permissions) will be disabled. Your data is preserved but those features become read-only until you upgrade again.

Enterprise

Enterprise plans include unlimited seats, dedicated support with SLA guarantees, custom onboarding, and tailored pricing. Contact us to discuss your requirements.
