Kantos has three plans you can buy yourself: Starter, Professional and Business. Prices are per organisation, not per user. Need more than Business, or to pay by invoice? Talk to us about a Custom plan.

The Free plan
An organisation without a paid plan is on Free: €0, one user. Your data stays, and new website enquiries wait until you pick a plan. Free includes no emails, AI interactions or AI assistants. Bookings on Free carry a 10% commission.
Changing Plan
- Open the Billing page
- Under Available Plans, click Switch on the plan you want (or Upgrade, which opens a Stripe checkout, if you don't have a subscription yet)
Only admins can change plan. The change is prorated, so you only pay the difference. Starter doesn't include the API or MCP (Claude and other AI agents): your API keys and connected AI agents stop working when you switch to it.
Business and Custom
Business is €149 a month for 25 users, with 5,000 AI interactions and 10,000 emails a month, 20 AI assistants, 100 GB of storage and a 2.5% booking commission. Support is priority, with a faster first reply. You can switch to Business yourself on the Billing page.
