Kantos uses Stripe for subscription management. Choose a plan that fits your team, track your usage, and upgrade or downgrade at any time with prorated billing.
14-Day Free Trial
Every new organization starts with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You get full access to all features so you can evaluate Kantos before committing.
Managing Your Subscription
Billing is managed from Settings → Billing in your organization dashboard. From there you can:
- View your current plan and feature limits
- See real-time usage metrics for the current billing period
- Upgrade or downgrade your plan
- Switch between monthly and annual billing
- Access your Stripe customer portal for invoice history
Key Concepts
Billing Cycle
Usage metrics (automation runs, emails sent, AI interactions) reset at the start of each monthly billing period. Storage usage does not reset.
Proration
When you upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle, Stripe prorates the charge. You only pay for the time remaining on your new plan, and receive credit for unused time on your old plan.
Annual Billing
Save 20% by choosing annual billing. Annual plans are paid upfront for the full year and renew automatically.
