Account Setup

Set up your account and build your first CRM workflow.

Set up your Kantos organization, understand your trial, and invite your team to start collaborating.

Creating Your Organization

After signing up, you'll be prompted to create your organization:

  1. Organization Name: Your company or team name
  2. Subdomain: Choose a unique subdomain (e.g., acme.kantos.ai)
  3. Industry: Select your industry for tailored recommendations
  4. Team Size: Help us optimize your experience

Understanding Your Trial

Your 14-day free trial includes:

  • Full access to all features
  • Up to 50 records
  • 1 AI assistant
  • 100 AI messages
  • 1 knowledge base (10MB)

No credit card required! Start building your CRM right away.

Inviting Team Members

Collaborate with your team:

  1. Go to SettingsTeam
  2. Click Invite Member
  3. Enter the team member's email address
  4. Assign a role:
    • Admin — Full access to all settings and data
    • Member — Standard access to records and features
    • Viewer — Read-only access to records

Seat Limits

The number of team members you can invite depends on your plan. The Free plan supports 1 user, Starter supports 3, and Professional supports 10. See Plans & Pricing for details.

Organization Settings

After creating your organization, configure these settings from Settings:

  • Logo & Branding — Upload your company logo
  • Timezone — Set your default timezone for dates and scheduling
  • Currency — Set your default currency for currency fields
  • Notifications — Configure email notification preferences
