Widget Customization

Engage visitors in real-time with an embeddable chat widget.

Customize your live chat widget to match your brand. All customization options are available in the Live Chat settings page.

Branding Options

  • Primary Color — The main color used for the chat bubble, header, and send button.
  • Logo — Upload your company logo to display in the chat header.
  • Header Text — The title shown at the top of the chat window (e.g., "Chat with us").
  • Welcome Message — The first message visitors see when they open the chat (e.g., "Hi! How can we help you today?").
  • Offline Message — Shown when no agents are available (e.g., "We're currently offline. Leave a message!").

Widget Position

Choose where the chat bubble appears on your website:

  • Bottom Right — The default position, suitable for most websites.
  • Bottom Left — Use this if you have other elements in the bottom-right corner.

Live Preview

The Live Chat settings page includes a real-time preview of your widget. Changes to colors, text, and position are reflected immediately so you can see exactly how the widget will appear to visitors.

Save Your Changes

After customizing your widget, click "Save Changes" to apply the updates. Changes take effect immediately on your website—no need to reinstall the script.
