Live chat conversations integrate seamlessly with your existing inbox, giving you a unified view of all customer communications.
Unified Inbox
Live chat conversations appear alongside emails in your inbox. Each live chat conversation is marked with a "Live Chat" badge so you can easily distinguish between channels.
Real-Time Updates
New messages appear instantly in your inbox—no need to refresh the page. You'll also receive notifications when new chats come in (if notifications are enabled).
Conversation View
Click on a live chat conversation to see the full chat history. You can:
- View all messages in chronological order
- See visitor information (name, email, page URL)
- Send replies in real-time
- Mark conversations as resolved
Responding to Chats
Type your response in the composer at the bottom of the conversation view. Press Enter or click Send to deliver your message. Visitors see your response instantly in the chat widget.
